“I am not one to normally leave reviews, but I felt I should highlight how great Sopris Self Storage was. I am a truck driver and move families household good all over the US and drive an extremely large truck, (80 ft), we had a customer storing some of her goods at Sopris. I call the office and spoke with Chad, not only was he extremely nice and friendly, he even took the time to step outside and send me pictures of the driveway and street view showing we could fit our Semi on their property to make our lives easier on loading up our customer's household goods. He went over and beyond to Accommodate us. This man definitely is an Asset to this company with his customer service. On loading day they held up to what they said on the phone and the Transition was smooth. Now, I deal ALOT with mini Storage Facilities, and if only they were all as awesome as Sophia and their employees my job would be easy and all my customers would be happy. I can't thank Chad enough for being so great to us..”
